Lower East Side’s DJ tandem of Beyond/Rest cook up a 2006 deluxe edition with their third installment of Reggaeton Massacre. Mixing the hottest reggaeton tracks of 06' with popular hip hop tracks from past and present.


Few mixtapes out now will make you feel like it’s summer time but Reggaeton Massacre 3 does just that with blends such as Rakim Y Ken Y " Down" with Nas’s "If I Ruled The World" and Plan B’s " Frikitona," with TI’s "Why You Wanna."

The duo serves up more fire with " Cruah," by upstart Nostra showcasing his emceeing skills. Other nice additions include the "Cheverare," blend with Notch and Julio Voltio and Toby Love’s "Tengo Un Amor," mixed with Diddy’s and Keisha Cole’s "Last Night."

Any good cook will tell you that using the right amount of tasty ingredients with make for a delicious meal. And these two chef’s use the spices of hip-hop and reggaeton to do just that. You can't go wrong with all that flavor in the pot. - David Lopez
